How long does it take to get a service done?
Provided no special parts need to be ordered in, we usually process and ship a job within 48 hours of receiving it. We use Australia Post’s standard Parcel Post service (2 or more business days). This means that for customers in metropolitan areas, if you post your component on a Monday you will more than likely receive it back before the weekend.
Note: Due to unprecedented work industry-wide at the moment, our turn-around times are currently slower than usual. Please allow for between 1-2 weeks from when we receive a job to when a job is ready for pick-up or post.
