For the safety of your components, our return deliveries will always require a signature. We recommend you provide a delivery address that you’re likely to be during normal business hours, like a work address.
If you’re not available to sign for the parcel when it’s delivered, Australia Post provides the following information on their website about what happens; “we'll leave a card advising the location of the nearby Australia Post facility that we've sent your parcel to. To collect your parcel, simply take your card, proof of identity (with your signature), and proof of address to the Post Office listed on your card. If you're planning to send someone else to collect the item on your behalf, remember to fill out the agent authorisation on the card”.
