What is your refund policy?
In the unfortunate event that a product we've sent has been damaged in transit or is faulty, we will repair, exchange, or refund the product, at our discretion (in the case of a service return, we will repair only).
We must be advised within 48 hrs of delivery of damaged goods, or within 30 days of faulty products. We will issue a return authority number and reimburse your return freight if a postage receipt is included. On receipt of the problem goods, we will immediately process the return within the parameters outlined above.
To cancel an order for products or services we require notification before 2pm on the day the order was placed. Cancelation must be made by calling us on 0450 289 223. In the case of products, if they have already been dispatched, they can be returned within 14 days, however this will incur a restocking fee of 20% and delivery fees are not refundable.
